Florida resident Joseph Manzaro reportedly sued Sean “Diddy” Combs over allegations of sexual assault, rape and humiliation, claiming that the big star saw him being led into a penis hat.
Manzaro said the incident occurred at a freak-off party in Miami in April 2015, and claimed that Jay-Z, Beyoncé, LeBron James and Gloria Estefan were present in the humiliation they endured. According to TMZ cites lawsuits. He said TMZ said the party had led to King Combs’ birthday celebrations, and claimed that he was wearing a penis hat in front of party attendees.

According to TMZ, court documents alleged that Manzaro took the drug and was taken to Star Island. He was taken to Emilio’s back door, claiming that Gloria Estefan’s mansion and Gloria had seen his “drug-inducing stray” and expressed concern by demanding someone call an ambulance to assist him. Mazaro claims that Emilio quieted Gloria and passed her, at which point he claims that James was wearing only a bath towel and was warning in the hallway.
He insisted that James looked around him and said, “You better do something about it!” According to TMZ.
Manzaro claims that former porn star Adria English has passed through a secret tunnel to Diddy’s mansion, where she is able to regain some consciousness in the party area featuring Beyoncé and Jay Z. He noticed him and asked, “What is this? What is this? Why is this half-naked white man standing in front of me?”
The document claims Diddy’s fool told Beyoncé.

Manzaro claimed he was paraded around multiple rooms as people untook him, Didi ordered him to humiliate, TMZ reported. “He’s going to know what we’re doing tonight. Let him get off his clothes!” According to the lawsuit, Diddy said.
He claimed he was removed and placed in the bottom of a thong bikini and a black leather mask. Manzaro claimed that a lock sex device extending from her mouth was stuck on the mask. Didi and Adria are allegedly forced him into humiliating and unconsensual acts.
The lawsuit alleges that celebrity jeweller Jacob Arab was present and was clearly interrupted by Manzaro’s outfit.

TMZ confirmed that Didi threw a 17th birthday celebration to his son in April 2015, but reported that Manzaro’s claim was not consistent with the prosecutor’s statement in federal court documents. TMZ also claimed that Jay-Z was in New York City at the event on April 1, 2015.
Manzaro has appointed Diddy, Emilio, Englishe and Diddy drug drug Mule Brendan Paul in the lawsuit, as well as allegations of trafficking. (Related: Has the lawsuit against “Diddy” gone up in LA Wildfire Flames?)
According to TMZ, Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Lebron, Gloria and Jacob were not appointed in this legal filing.
