May 10: Oasis Food Mart, limited restaurant business license, regular inspection. Rating: Satisfied.

May 12: Lake Havasu Golf Club, licensed eateries and bars/lounges, routine inspection. Rating: Excellent.

May 5: Casa Serrano Los Arteaga, food service permit, follow-up inspection. Rating: Satisfied.

May 2: Subway, restaurant license, regular inspection. Rating: Excellent.
