RFK Jr. Targets America’s Most Obese State For Aggressive MAHA Reforms

Health and Human Services (HHS) Director Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Republican Gov. Patrick Morrisey promoted many aggressive health-focused reforms at Morrisey’s Friday rally.

Celebrating the signing of the bill Prohibited Morrisey, seven synthetic food dyes, has signed a waiver that requires the federal government to implement major reforms to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP).

Morrisey told the West Virginia crowd that he wanted to implement “job, training and education requirements for SNAP recipients.” He also signed an exemption requesting the government to remove soda. Most purchased Snap items from the program.

“If taxpayers are paying it, then try to promote health, not illness,” Morrissey said.

Morrisey also pointed out that although he enjoyed himself, he did not choose the best health and vowed to do better. Kennedy Jr. picked up a cartoon thread and joked that he would place Morisei on a carnivorous diet and let him do monthly measurements.

The Cabinet Secretary told the crowd that Sodarobby had met with Morrissey and he was trying to persuade her not to pass the law. He also said food lobbyists visited him to protest the reforms.

“They’re afraid of what you’re doing,” he said of the food dye ban.

Many other states have proposed snap reforms similar to what Morrissey is demanding. At the federal level, Republican Utah Senator and Republican Oklahoma Senator Josh Bretzin reintroduced the SNAP Reform and Upward Mobility Act (SRUMA) on Thursday, the Daily Caller News Foundation first reported. Sruma requires that food stamp recipients be functional during the program between the ages of 18 and 64.

Other states have proposed job requirements and remove soda from the snap, but ranked as West Virginia. Most obese states It appears to be the first state in the United States to take action to propose both.
