Roasted! Bud Light Tries To Build Excitement On Twitter And The Replies Are Comedic Gold

Ever since Anheuser-Busch’s brand decided to launch an ad campaign featuring transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney (and I still don’t understand why they chose March Madness for that campaign) , they have been thoroughly subjected to criticism and backlash.

For Bud Light, it hurt in every imaginable way. From plummeting sales to devastating stock prices to outright social media outbursts, the beer giant hasn’t been able to breathe a sigh of relief. And their demise won’t stop anytime soon. Just as I just recently blogged, how their decline is expected to go into the fall – football season! (disappointing)

Well, to their credit, Bud Light continues their march as if nothing happened, actively campaigning to win back America’s heart. But hmm, not working at all. That’s good, but this is a complete disaster.take them latest tweets for example.

Bud Light tweeted, “It’s Thursday… let’s stock up on coolers for that,” trying to have some lighthearted fun with the Americans.

But in a funny way (and rightfully so), it completely backfired in the form of a roast in Bud Light’s face.

I hear they recently fired the executive responsible for the Dylan Mulvaney debacle (exclusively exposed in the Daily Caller), but they’ll need to rethink their current team as well. . With everything going on and the rushback still at its peak (if it’s still at its peak), I can’t put myself in a situation like this where I could easily get burned. This is utterly embarrassing.
