SAFFORD — This year’s Battle of the Bands has a solid line-up, with something for every musical taste.

5pm — Celestial Exile — Metal
5:30pm — 4 Piece Scotts — Rock and Roll

7pm — Happy and Ghost — Pop
7:30 p.m. — Plain Jane — Pop

Start times are subject to change.
The winning band will receive $2,000 in cash, second place will receive a $500 Richards Music Gift Certificate, and third place will receive a $250 Richards Music Gift Certificate. He also received awards for Best Vocalist, Best Guitarist, Best Bassist, Best Drummer and Best Specialized Instrument.
Battle of the Bands will take place on Saturday, July 8th at the Graham County Fairgrounds. Admission is $5 and includes access to the Rotary Club of Safford’s Nickel Picnic. Hot dogs are only 5 cents each. Proceeds from the SEACUS Budweiser Beer Tent will go towards donating food wheels.
