NASHVILLE – The 114th Tennessee General Assembly gave up on the session Tuesday, featuring new lawmaker crops in both rooms, and the veteran Republican was re-elected to the Constitutional Bureau. Photojournalist John Partipillo documented the start of the session and filmed a new face in Congress.
