Since joining the team in August 2023, Chef Heather has brought her passions for zero-waste practices, herbalism, and themed cuisine to the popular restaurant's rich Southwestern cuisine. Chef Heather draws on her global experience and travels to create a menu that encapsulates the restorative essence of Sedona with ingredients and flavors inspired by the astrological seasons.

The new seasonal menu includes standout dishes such as Spiced Pumpkin Soup ($14) with ginger and cardamom, hazelnut cream and ruffled leeks; Charred Spanish Octopus ($28) with Kalamata Emulsion, Fondant Potatoes and Micro Arugula.
