A half-naked man in speed pants popped out in the background of an Arizona legislator’s Zoom call during a meeting of the Pima County Board of Supervisors.
Tuesday. Dr. Matt Heinz, a 45-year-old county superintendent who previously worked for the Obama administration, attended the meeting remotely from a Caribbean cruise ship.
