A second teacher at a Missouri school was placed on administrative leave after administrators learned she was selling adult content on OnlyFans, the Post-Dispatch reported Friday.
Megan Gaither, 31, is an English teacher and college cheerleading coach. St. Clair High SchoolShe was suspended after someone slipped a note under her classroom door, claiming they “knew her secret”. according to to post-dispatch.
Gaither joined OnlyFans, a subscription-based platform primarily used for pornographic content, in May to supplement her income and help pay off student loans totaling $125,000, according to the Post Dispatch.
“Teaching does not support people financially,” Gaither told the outlet. “It’s really hard to stretch your salary over the summer. That’s why I did it.”
She earned an additional $3,000 to $5,000 a month on the platform and had more than 1,500 subscribers, but she later deactivated her account, the outlet reported.

Her colleague, Brianna Copage, left the same school in early October under similar circumstances. However, after school officials discovered her OnlyFans, Copage chose to focus on her platform full-time instead of deleting her account, the outlet noted.
The suspended teacher said the rumor spread at the school after she appeared in a video on Mr. Copage’s account in mid-October, according to the Post-Dispatch. Like all of her content, the video did not show Gaither’s face, but it was taken at a hotel party in St. Louis, and photos released at the party included the same outfit she wore in the video. The photo reportedly showed Gaither fully clothed. Exit. The paper noted that Gaither described Copage as her best friend.

According to the report, the teacher said she was likely to reactivate her OnlyFans account and leave her hometown of St. Clair, and that she had discussed these plans with her husband.
“I wouldn’t be surprised if there were other teachers.” [on OnlyFans]” Gaither added in the Post-Dispatch. “Teachers are probably panicking now because two teachers from the same school were arrested less than a month ago.”
