Scottie’s Dinner is a Friggin’ event… how good this menu is!
PGA Superstar Scotty Scheffler I completed the menu for the 2025 Masters Champions Dinner, but unlike his iconic dinner 2023it’s on the level and the tee nationals.
Just like in 2023, Schaeffler has firecracker shrimp and cheeseburger sliders as appetizers, but added the last third in 2025: Daddy’s Chef’s Meatballs and Ravioli bites.
Once you reach the first course of your meal, Schaeffler replaces the 2023 tortilla soup with Texas-style chili. (Related: JJ Spaun left in a complete and total shock after a bad shot in the Player Championship)
To that end, Schaeffler held it the same way as in 2023, offering either a blackened redfish or a wood cowboy ribey eye steak. On the sides are Brussels sprouts, jalapeno cream corn, chipotle lime roasted sweet potatoes, and macaroni and cheese.
For dessert, Schaeffler offers warm chocolate chip frying cookies that come with pure Americana style vanilla bean ice cream.
The Champions Dinner will be held at Augusta National Golf Club two days before the kickoff of the 2025 Master, which begins on April 10th.

Schaeffler quickly beat me by having firecracker shrimp as an appetizer. Let me know one of wood’s cowboy ribeye steaks up to the main course.
