After reviewing the play, the referee actually rightfully reversed the call, but honestly it didn’t really affect the game as Georgia had the upper hand throughout.
Already in the red and losing its top spot in the standings, Texas received more punishment courtesy of the SEC, which fined the Longhorns $250,000 for littering.
