Sedona Arts Center to Launch 2025-2026 Season

The Sedona Arts Center (SAC) is kicking off its 2025-2026 season with an exhibition titled “The Face of Time,” scheduled from August 1 to September 12, 2025. An artist reception will take place on Friday, August 1, between 4 PM and 6 PM, coinciding with the “Celebrating Sedona” event. This gathering will feature artist demonstrations, live music by the Big Daddy D-Band, along with food, wine, and beer. Both the reception and exhibition are open to the public at no cost, and there’s complimentary parking available behind the SAC art barn.

“The Face of Time” showcases works from over 45 artists—ranging from emerging talents to established professionals—all exploring the emotional and visual aspects of portraiture, particularly how these elements evolve with time. The exhibition includes a variety of formats, including paintings, photography, and mixed media. It reflects themes like aging, identity, and transformation, capturing experience and memory. Both representational and abstract interpretations, featuring humans and animals alike, are presented through a mix of traditional and experimental artistic approaches.
