sedona news – The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to present the Northern Arizona premiere of The Master Gardener May 19-25 at the Mary D. Fisher and Alice Gilsheldon Theaters.
Directed from an original script by Academy Award nominee Paul Schrader, The Master Gardener stars three-time Oscar nominee Sigourney Weaver and award-winning Joel Edgerton.

“Master Gardener” follows Narvel Ross (Joel Edgerton), the meticulous gardener of Gracewood Gardens. He is as devoted to tending this beautiful and historic mansion as he is to catering to his employer, the wealthy Empress Dowager Haivahill (Sigourney Weaver).
Chaos creeps into Narvel’s humble life when Mrs. Heivahill demands that her capricious and troubled great-niece Maya (Quintessa Swindell) be taken in as her new apprentice, and the dark secrets of a buried and violent past threaten them all. is clarified.
