SiriusXM’s Megyn Kelly and Blaze Media’s Allie Beth Stuckey on Monday slammed MSNBC’s Joe Scarborough for not pursuing Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff on assault charges.
The Daily Mail reported in early October that three friends of Emhoff’s unidentified ex-girlfriend accused him of slapping her during a drunken fight in 2012. On “The Megyn Kelly Show,” two political hosts condemned a recent interview between Emhoff and Scarborough, with Scarborough accusing former President Donald Trump of spreading “tabloid stories” about Emhoff. In response to the statement, Emhoff called the allegations “all a distraction.”
“He has no interest in women at all. This is the same side that is trying to tell us that this is why we need ‘reproductive freedom.’ ‘We the Democratic Party’ is the party of women, so that’s why trans women are women,” Kelly said.
“Well, one of their biggest complaints about Donald Trump is probably the suspicions about him,” Stuckey said. “You know, there are a lot of accusations against Donald Trump, but I’ve never heard an accusation like the one against Doug Emhoff. As you said, it’s recent and it’s also corroborated by witness testimony. ”

“So I think that deserves at least one question. Instead, he said, ‘Oh, you know, the tabloid reporting, and Donald Trump saying some very mean things.’ He even anticipated the answer. Stuckey went on to let him off the hook by saying, “I know these accusations are false, so I’m not going to elaborate.”
“I won’t even give him a chance to defend himself. All I’m saying is that they’re false. It’s evil, it’s stupid, it’s arrogant, and for these people the ends completely outweigh the means. Justified,” Stuckey added. “They have no right to call themselves journalists.”

The second round of charges against Mr. Emhoff was announced by the Daily Mail on October 8, when former colleagues at Mr. Emhoff’s law firm told the paper that Mr. Emhoff routinely engaged in “inappropriate behavior.” ” and was accused of “disdain for women.”
Kelly went on to criticize Scarborough for not asking “one question,” saying he would have done so if he “cared about a woman.”
