Shohei Ohtani Founds 50-50 Club After Being First Player Ever To Record 50 Home Runs, 50 Stolen Bases In Single Season

A new club just opened in LA and it's really cool.

Los Angeles Dodgers Superstar Shohei Ohtani They officially established the 50-50 Club, the highest single-season record ever recorded in baseball games. 42 home runs, 42 stolen basesWhat's even more amazing is that this game has been going for over 100 years, yet Shohei managed to do something that has never been seen before.

Shohei kicked off his new club in style on Thursday against the Miami Marlins, when Ohtani not only hit his 49th, 50th and 51st home runs, but also stole 50 and 51st bases to create the 51-51 club. Ohtani went 6-for-6 with three home runs, two stolen bases, two doubles, four runs scored and an astounding 10 RBIs as he led the Dodgers to a 20-4 victory.

And, even better for Ohtani, the game helped Los Angeles clinch a postseason berth for the first time in his career.

Shohei even received a curtain call in the seventh inning, and even though he was on an away game, it was truly a dream day.
