Las Vegas Raiders defensive end Janarius Robinson was arrested early Tuesday morning in Las Vegas on suspicion of driving under the influence, according to law enforcement records.
The young Raiders defensive end was booked into the Clark County Jail at 5:59 a.m. on a first-time DUI offense, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department told the Daily Caller.
The 25-year-old played in five games for Las Vegas this year, recording nine tackles and two QB hits. according to Go to Pro Football Reference.
What happens in Las Vegas is supposed to stay in Las Vegas, but something tells us Robinson won't be there for too long. (Related: Chiefs coach Andy Reid tells reporters All-Pro Joe Thuney is likely too injured to play in the Super Bowl)
The Raiders organization has dealt with its fair share of issues with players off the field in recent years, and they almost always cut ties in situations like this one. Additionally, while Robinson is still young and has plenty of potential, he hasn't made an impact on the field to cause any headaches.

His arrest is the first high-profile casualty of Sin City's first Super Bowl, but it would be surprising if it was the last. Many experts are predicting that Las Vegas' uniquely decadent atmosphere and his large NFL crowd will make for a disastrous week. ESPN broadcaster Joe Buck predicted the same thing during a Monday morning radio appearance.

“I don't think I want to be there” Buck Said Monday's Opening Drive on ESPN. “Logistics takes a lot of effort. It's a hell of a traffic jam. I'm not, I'm not going to be out all night looking for a Maxim party. That's not my thing, and combining it with Las Vegas… And…something will happen because it's Las Vegas, and it won't stay in Las Vegas. There's going to be some kind of story. Something big is going to happen. I don't know what it is. I don't know. It's in my heart. There will be chaos inside.”
In any case, this arrest proves that Joe is right to some extent, but I feel like the “something big” he's talking about is yet to come.
