“It turns out we should have paid more attention to what 60 did to that interview. It was very obviously edited, but it came out as a tease on Sunday and Monday. I didn’t fully understand that they had edited the answer by the time it aired on Monday night. This is what happened to me, as it was a pretty shocking scrub of the word salad answer by Kamala Harris. “I think so,” Kelly said.
“They put out this Q&A, like a quick Q&A. [or] Prime Minister Netanyahu wasn’t listening to us and they included her word salad answer, or at least part of it, in their teasing. They’re liberals, so they don’t consider her answers to be verbal abuse,” Kelly continued. “They were like, ‘Yeah, this is our baby, look at it.’ That’s being harsh.’ No one realized that this was going to make her look bad. Because if I had done that, and if I had been aware of it, I wouldn’t have released it this way.”

Kelly noted that online users were quick to criticize the X version of the clip for Harris’ lame response, pointing out that the edited version had a “cleaner” response.
