As a Dolphins fan who lost, I can agree with Mr. Elliott.
Deshon Elliott The Pittsburgh Steelers safety kept it an absolute pea while talking about his former team, the Miami Dolphins, on his podcast, The Punch Line.
Elliott said he’s excited for the upcoming Steelers-Baltimore Ravens game, and tied that to his belief that the Dolphins are “soft as fuck.” (Related: 49ers lock up Deomodore Lenoir with five-year, $92 million contract extension)
“There were some tough players, but most [Dolphins] He wasn’t a mentally tough person. So it’s going to be a lot of fun being on a team with mentally tough players and playing against a mentally tough team,” Elliott said.
But Elliott didn’t stop there, claiming that “Miami culture” is the reason the Dolphins “will never get better.”

But the story doesn’t stop there.
During Wednesday’s press conference, Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel was asked about Elliott’s comments, but had nothing to say.

No team has won since…I can’t remember. Please tell me what’s wrong with DeShon.
