St. Ignatius Prep (CA) has made the first West Region Boys Top 10 for the Spring 2023 season.

Because each region starts playing on a different week (the South and West start before the Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, and Northeast start), high school contributors will have to: Provides in-season updates for each active region.
