The Sedona International Film Festival is proud to present a stand-up comedy night live on the Mary D. Fisher Theater stage on Sunday, October 6th at 7pm.

The show will be headlined by Tony Tripoli and Jackie Tinsley opening the night.

Tony Tripoli
Tony Tripoli is the executive producer and lead writer of E!’s hit show “Fashion Police” and served as the opening act for the legendary Joan Rivers for five years. He also wrote/produced “Joan Knows Best,” “In Bed with Joan,” “The Dish,” and numerous other shows you’d watch with the sound off at nail salons. Tony became a “millionaire” on Patti Stanger’s bogus matchmaking show and is head of the San Diego Comedy Festival, Big Pine Comedy Festival, Midwest Queer Comedy Festival, and Roughed Out Comedy Fest. It was also a liner.

Tripoli has performed stand-up all over the world, and has performed with Kevin Hart, Sarah Silverman, Kathy Griffin, Margaret Cho, RuPaul, Troy Bond, Michael Costa, Taylor Tomlinson, and many others ( including Miss Piggy). His stand-up special “Tony Tripoli: I Have Opinions” will be available on streaming platforms later this year.

Jackie Tinsley
Jackie Tinsley is a Phoenix-based cartoonist who was born and raised in the Valley of the Sun. Her witty storytelling has taken her to the stage in Arizona and beyond. She has participated in various comedy festivals including The Cactus Comedy Classic, The World Comedy Expo, Big Pine Comedy Festival, and Black Girl Giggles.
