Casper, Wyoming — A 36-year-old Casper man wanted in connection with the Amber Alert incident in November has been extradited from Arizona.
After being returned to Natrona County officials on Thursday, December 29, James Warren Martin, 36, is scheduled to face a judge at his first hearing today, December 30, in Natrona County Circuit Court. said a news release from the Casper Police Department.
On November 26, 2022, Martin waived delivery from Arizona. The waiver of extradition is a legal precursor to Martin’s return to Wyoming, pursuant to an arrest warrant issued here in Wyoming and under which he was held by Arizona law enforcement officials. Handed over from La Paz county.
