Suspected Arizona drug dealer, 3 others allegedly had fentanyl pills

PHOENIX – An alleged Arizona drug dealer and three others were arrested last week with hundreds of fentanyl pills, authorities said.

The Yavapai County Partners Against Narcotics Trafficking (PANT) task force made an arrest and drug seizure Thursday after conducting surveillance in the parking lot of a Camp Verde grocery store, according to the Yavapai County Sheriff's Office.

The suspect, identified by YCSO as the main dealer, is Ryan Rubel, 26, of Rimrock, who was allegedly found in possession of approximately 600 fentanyl pills. He was charged with four felonies, including drug sales.

Amber Spencer, 39, of Rimrock, was arrested on four felonies, including drug possession with intent to sell, after detectives found her with 200 pills, YCSO announced. She was also charged with child abuse and endangerment, as her child was with her at the time.

The other two suspects, both from Camp Verde, allegedly had 100 pills in their possession at the time of their arrest. The suspect, Walt Dawson, 42, was charged with four felonies, including drug possession with intent to sell. Malik Fox, 24, was arrested on suspicion of drug possession and possession of drug paraphernalia.

The Camp Verde Sheriff's Office assisted the PANT multi-agency task force with the arrest.

“PANT has once again demonstrated its commitment to keeping drug dealers and dangerous drugs off the streets of our communities. We would also like to thank CVMO for their support. We are grateful for our teamwork ” Sheriff David Rose said in a press release Wednesday.
