Sports Illustrated cover model Brooks Nader reportedly called the police after someone tried to break into his home.

Law enforcement officials said Nader called last week to his rented home in Bel Air asking for police assistance. TMZ. The swimsuit model claimed that two men and a woman appeared at the gate leading to her residence in a possible attempt to break into the premises. Officials said they were denied entry, but one of them somehow managed to sneak through the gate and enter the premises.

According to TMZ, a source close to the situation said Nader appeared to be concerned for his safety and lost sight of the alleged intruder after seeing him enter the property. He said his anxiety increased.

Police reportedly responded to a call to investigate the matter. Officials said Nader asked law enforcement to increase patrols in the area and provide additional support, and police responded. Officials say police have placed additional patrols near her rental home and are taking the matter seriously.

Information regarding the identities of the three people who allegedly tried to trespass on the premises has not been released, and no arrests have been announced in the case.

It’s unclear how long Nader will stay at the rental property.
