One company’s plans to move to Maricopa are hoping it’s not as ironic as its name suggests.
Paradise, Nevada location terrible The company offers an “intentionally different gas station experience” and is hoping to hit the jackpot with its new Maricopa location, according to documents obtained today in a public records request.
A project description filed with the city’s planning department details a 5,500-square-foot convenience store with 10 dual-sided fuel pumps and a car wash on the southeast corner of Porter Road and Bolin Road. .
If built, it would be the first Terrible location in central Arizona. The gas station currently operates in several cities in western Arizona, including Kingman, Quartzsite, and Bullhead City.

Representatives for the Terribles did not immediately respond to a request for comment on the Maricopa expansion.
At least three gas stations have been proposed around Maricopa in recent months, including a Circle K on the southwest corner of Smith-Enke and Porter streets.
