Texas stands up to nonsense!
According to a statement from Republican Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton released Tuesday, Lone Star has launched an investigation into US fencing into “potential violations of Texas law.”
Demand for civil investigations was issued by Paxton. Used by the agent After US fencing disqualifies female swordsmen, the government legally gathers information (Stephanie Turner) After she decided to take her knees in March in protest of having to compete with biological men (transgender). The name of the trans person is Redmond Sullivan.
USA Fencing said Sullivan was participating in Cherry Blossom Open (Maryland) on March 30, and did not break the rules set by the International Federation of Fencing (FIE), the governing body of sports. Turner, who was not involved in the matchup with Sullivan, was given a black card by the referee and was removed from the tournament for each US fencing. According to Paxton, the documents could be revealed in an investigation showing Colorado-based USA Fencing took part in deceptive, misleading and false practices.
“U.S. fencing is on the wrong side of history and potentially on the wrong side of the law due to violations of the Texas Consumer Protection Act,” Paxton said in a news release. “USA Fencing’s policies deeply shambles young women like Stephanie Turner who not only are potentially illegal, but who have sacrificed so many countless hours to compete and succeed. I fight to stop these unfair policies.
USA Fencing has not yet published any public comments on the investigation from Paxton.
