Since its debut, Francis Garuppi’s film, The Last Stop in Yuma County, has left audiences buzzing. Blending elements of westerns and noir, it drew attention from its world premiere at Fantastic Fest 2023 to winning best film at the Sitges International Film Festival. Arow Video has now announced that the film will be available on Blu-ray next February!
In the movie:
A knife salesman waits for a fuel truck at an isolated diner in rural Arizona. While he tries to distract himself with a crossword puzzle and coffee, two bank robbers, Travis and Beau, arrive, triggering a tense situation. As the robbers realize they have been recognized, they force the diner’s customers and staff into silence, manipulating the unsuspecting patrons. The salesman finds himself torn between protecting the others and ensuring his own survival, making choices that will alter his life substantially.
