‘The Worst Of The Worst’: GOP Rep Says Democrats Welcome Machete-Wielding Criminals Into US

Republican Tennessee Rep. Tim Burchett on Monday accused Democrats of welcoming violent criminals to the United States, torn by the Biden administration’s immigration policy on Fox Business.

Judge Samuel Alito accused the Supreme Court of blocking normal procedures by President Donald Trump using wartime power to deport Venezuelan gang members. When featured in “Editing the Evening,” Burchett accused Democrats of accepting violent criminals and damaging national security by causing dangerous foreigners to flood across the southern border.

“I think Democrats need to get a new poller, Liz, unless they’re voting on death row in some prisons. This is clearly not banged. There’s no way in God’s Green Earth that everyone is whispering in their ears and saying they need to protect these gang members.”

Burchett said at least 20 million people have entered the United States illegally over the past four years.

clock:

“These illegals have flowed across the 20 million borders that we know in at least the last four years. Taliban members have come in. There are communist spies from China. We know gang members, traffickers, organ harvesters, we know the worst and worst,” Burchet added. “The weapon they chose is generally a machete. They like to behead people there. They brutally rape young girls and women. These are the people that Democrats accepted.”

MacDonald said former Presidents Bill Clinton, Barack Obama and George W. Bush collectively deported six million people with judicial interference, which had far less resistance than President Donald Trump faced. Burchet then criticized the GOP’s historical strategy of appointing moderate judges to appease the left.

“They put in a liberal, moderate judge. Republicans left the ball on the left and said, ‘Yes, we’re going to put in some moderates to have some moderates in the court,” Burchett said. “Listen, politics is a contact sport. It’s a blood sport. We need to start playing hard mouths and stop doing footshes with these people. The Supreme Court overturned District Judge James Boasberg’s order in a 5-4 decision on April 7th, finding that he lacked jurisdiction over cases that occurred in Texas. The judiciary has allowed the administration to proceed with deportation, but said detainees must receive timely notices to pursue legal relief.

In related cases, the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) sought a temporary restraining order from a Texas judge who only responded for 42 minutes before the ACLU escalated the matter to the Fifth Circuit. Boasberg threatened the administration with a criminal cont Wednesday, allegedly violating previous orders by allowing El Salvador to two deportations. Alito said both the enforcement and judicial departments must follow the law.
