In “Ingraham’s Angle,” host Laura Ingraham highlighted James’ incident against President Donald Trump’s New York business, saying how “we use all these novel legal applications after him.”

“This has been prosecuted in the past. Now we haven’t heard of her side, but these documents themselves are very awful,” Tarley said. “It’s hard to see the listed residences being her primary residence.”

In a letter sent to the DOJ, FHFA Director William Plute argued that James may have forged “the residence status of a Norfolk, Virginia-based home to ensure a low mortgage rate” and “misinformed the real estate description to meet the strict requirements for government-supported loans and government assistance.” (Related: Obama-appointed judges that illegals with San Francisco Rule 350,000 can maintain work permits)
