‘This Is What We Are Up Against’: California Mother Speaks Up Against School District’s ‘Age Inappropriate Curriculum’

A Southern California mother spoke out on Wednesday’s episode of “Jesse Watters Primetime” about “inappropriate” content being taught in her children’s school district.

Glendale Unified School District Parents’ Voice spokesperson Ani Trosian also appeared on the show and spoke about the alleged clash at a school board meeting. Parents claimed she had been attending school board meetings for years and that the school board had “hidden everything” from concerned parents. She claimed her parents organized because of her lack of transparency. (Related: California parent claims teachers and administrators conspired to teach 8-year-old about gender and sex)

“I’ve been attending school board meetings for years, and we’ve been trying to get transparency and information from this district, and we just don’t get it.” has escalated into this kind of movement because they are hiding everything from us.

Trosian told Watters that the parents were simply at a school board meeting when they met the Antifa protesters. She says she has two school children in her school district.

“We only confronted Antifa as parents attending school board meetings and as fathers and mothers. I’ve been a parent in a school district for about 11 years I have a middle schooler and a high school student and this school district used to be was one of the best school districts in Los Angeles, but I think it’s been on the decline in the last four or five years.”

Afterwards, Trosian shared that schools were pushing “age-inappropriate” content on sexuality to children. She also claimed school officials defended the girls changing clothes in the boys’ locker room.

“There is mounting evidence that the district promotes an age-appropriate curriculum from kindergarten, possibly TK, and beyond,” Trosian added. “For example, a third-grade teacher revealed that parents were concerned about showing an 8-year-old an age-appropriate video about LGBTQ Pride Month, or showing an 8-year-old a video about sexual orientation. Lieutenant Superintendent Kelly Keane attended a webinar hosted by genderspectrum.org, which was a total conflict of interest, and GUSD male coaches said the girls weren’t allowed in the men’s locker room. stating that they shouldn’t be upset or awkward about coming in. She keeps saying, “They’re not boys.” they are not girls. they are not girls. There are only boys in the locker room. ’ So this is what we are facing. “
