…a long and productive day working on a series of photos for work…also a day of trying out some new techniques with the new tools in Photoshop. The above photo, taken last week at Lake Pleasant during a frenzied feeding, shows three great blue herons departing from where heavy fishing is taking place, although the fish have clearly gone ahead or It simply dived to a safe level below the surface of the lake. All in all, the herons, egrets, cormorants, grebes did pretty well… so did the photographer!
The image below is a reimagined photo I took of the volcanic terrain in the area of Sunset Crater, also shown in the top right photo. I would like to try to feel the situation at that time.
Let’s wrap up the day and week with plans to return Monday morning… Happy June… keep smiling and breathing!
with Joy,
Ted
When it’s raining and you’re indoors,
one would probably meditate on it
shortcomings of life.
Make me think – how can I make myself
Kind, gentle, considerate?
I believe the rain has stopped.
You can now go out.i’ll go and shoot
archery field.
I am not going to reform myself today.
Maybe tomorrow if it rains.
and i have to stay indoors and meditate
About the shortcomings of life.
