Border Emperor Tom Homan reportedly tested a photo of a gang-related hand tattoo that appears to support illegal immigrant Kilmer Armando Abrego Garcia as part of the organization on Fox News Wednesday evening.
The Democrats gathered behind Abrego Garcia. The lower court requested that the US government bring him back to the country. Maryland Democratic Sen. Chris Van Hollen traveled to El Salvador on Wednesday. Homan appeared in “Ingraham’s Angle,” with host Laura Ingraham asking about Democrats defending Abrego Garcia. She also noted that Van Hollen had failed attempts to meet the immigrants.
“Is Chris Van Hollen a man who doesn’t want to sign the Lekin Riley Act, which protects American citizens from members of illegal foreign criminal gangs?
“That’s just disgusting. The same senator who stayed yesterday released an illegal foreigner charged with murder, refused an ice detainee, and crashed into the street. So, rather than protecting Maryland residents, he goes to El Salvador and goes to El Salvador to spoil the MS-13 gang member terrorists. That’s ridiculous.”
Abrego Garcia was deported by the Trump administration in March and sent to a mega prison in El Salvador. However, the lower court ordered him to return to the country, urging the Trump administration to bring the case to the Supreme Court. In their submission, the Trump administration admitted that Abrego Garcia was deported for “administrative errors,” but said that he should remain in El Salvador as he is said to be affiliated with the MS-13.

Homan continued to discuss conversations with MS-13 experts, asking if Democrats “really believe” what they’re defending.
“I spoke with an MS-13 expert today. [Abrego Garcia’s] The hand he says, “The tattoo on one side of his hand was definitely an MS-13 gang tattoo.” There’s nothing to doubt about that. Two judges said he was. [an] MS-13 member. I say he’s the ice cream [an] MS-13 member. Intelligence Community says he is [an] MS-13 member. El Salvador says he is [an] MS-13 member.
“As for all those who are against this, I can’t believe there are many stupid people in the world. Right now, there are zero AOCs on the smart meter. We really believe what we’re telling them.
Some Democrats continue to insist that Abrego Garcia is not affiliated with the MS-13. However, on Wednesday, the Department of Justice released a new document showing that local law enforcement agencies have evidence to support allegations against illegal immigration until 2019.
