ICE's national records currently include more than 662,566 noncitizens with criminal records, including those in custody, according to a letter delivered Wednesday to Republican Texas Rep. Tony Gonzalez. This includes people who are not in custody.

Feeley said the border was “the most secure it's ever been” under former President Donald Trump. He cited the policies of the Biden-Harris administration as the reason for his resignation.
