A Democratic D.C. City Council member previously indicted on bribery charges won re-election in a landslide Tuesday night.

He received a $156,000 cash payment in exchange for using his position to pressure officials from the D.C. Department of Youth Rehabilitation (DYRS) and Office of Neighborhood Safety Action (ONSE) to extend multiple city contracts.
