What Caitlin Clark is doing is truly incredible.
Recently, Iowa Hawkeyes women's basketball superstars became the owner of NCAA women's all-time scoring record When he scored a goal in a game against the Michigan Wolverines.
Well, if you thought the hype for Clark was going to die down even a little bit, you were wrong, very, very wrong. Hours before Thursday's tipoff in Bloomington, fans lined up to see Clark, and it was incredible. Because literally, as I pointed out in a recent blog, this kind of thing doesn't happen in women's basketball.
This was so long that it was cut off twice by crossing two intersections, and continued on.
The hype surrounding Caitlin Clark is crazy.

Folks, we are witnesses to history, so we encourage you to absorb all of this.
I know some people will hate men and some people will hate women because of the “man's world” nonsense. Because, well… let's be honest here… women like to hate each other.
But I personally couldn't care less about either side. I have a daughter, so I wouldn't mind Clark launching a “Barbie”-esque production (a reference to a movie where a woman was leading the show) in the future. And as for those who hate women, who cares what the haters think? (Related article: Alabama's Mohamed Wagu defeats Florida's Alex Condon with an incredibly dirty and vicious elbow (and knee)
Moral of the story: I totally agree with what Caitlin Clark did, and you should too, haters included.
I don't know if we'll ever see something like this again when it comes to women's sports. Witness of history.
