Superstar Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa He was officially placed on injured reserve by the Miami Dolphins on Tuesday after suffering another concussion during his team's “Thursday Night Football” loss to the Buffalo Bills.
The move will require Tagovailoa to remain on IR for a minimum of four games. NFL RulesAs Tua gets healthy, the Dolphins don't currently have a plan for how long they will keep the 26-year-old on injured reserve. Tagovailoa has played 22 games in the National Football League since 2006. Three people diagnosed with concussions.
Miami Dolphins head coach Mike McDaniel said Monday that he would not place Tagovailoa on injured reserve until the team had a better understanding of the situation, which would have been known by Tuesday, because he was placed on injured reserve after being evaluated.
