On June 24, TPD discovered that the victim’s property was for sale in a 100-block home on West Michigan Drive.

A search warrant was obtained for the residence and members.

After several attempts to force the resident out, the SWAT team finally entered the house, found the man hiding in the attic, and safely detained him.

After conducting interviews and analyzing the available evidence, detectives developed probable cause to arrest 18-year-old Francisco Ciric on charges of first-degree murder and armed robbery.
