sedona news – Sedona Women’s College will hold its largest annual fundraiser for college scholarships on Monday, March 4 at 9:30 a.m. with a special invitation to guests.

The group began with a presentation by Sedona Historical Society/Sedona Heritage Museum Executive Director Nate Myers, who discussed the current state of the society, whose mission is to preserve, interpret, and share the unique history of Sedona and Red Rock Country. Masu. He will also share what the association is currently working on, what projects are in the works, and his vision for the future of preserving Sedona's history.

Mr. Myers joined the Society and Museum in 2022 as its first professional director. He has 20 years of experience working with museums in Arizona and is excited to share his and the Board's evolving perspectives on services and programs.

After Mr. Meyer's presentationA “raffle drawing” will be held to win dozens of gift certificates and gifts from local businesses. Tickets will be drawn to see who the lucky winner is. All proceeds from the raffle will be donated to the University of Sedona Women's Scholarship Program, which provides scholarships to women attending higher education institutions in Arizona.University of Sedona Women's CollegeThe mission is to provide scholarships to help women further their educational opportunities. IFundraising efforts like this enabled the organization to support six deserving female students in 2023-2024.
