“That’s why Donald Trump is bulletproof. That’s not a good metaphor after two [assassination attempts]but what I’m saying is, they can’t do it, they don’t understand it, they think it’s weirder than that,” Hanson said. “If they go after him and call him a fascist and a dictator and they get depressed, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t affect him. That’s why Donald Trump becomes more sympathetic and people start to think more about him. He wants to hear from these awful people that he gets so angry about it. That helps him.”
“The opposite is also true,” he continued. “I didn’t think that was the case, but I’m starting to think that’s the case. Hanson went on to say that not only are Republicans “happy” with the current direction, but that Democrats understand that it is the “New Left” that has turned the Democratic Party into something more “anarchist.” He pointed out that he didn’t think so.
“I don’t think the left, this New Left, has any idea how much they are despised by the majority of the people. The more they talk about ‘The Republican Party has been taken over,’ the less they understand, 94% of respondents are satisfied with their current situation,” Hanson said.
“What’s changed is the party, the Democratic Party. It’s bleeding because it doesn’t even look like the old Democratic Party. It’s a full-fledged neo-socialist anarchist party,” Hanson concluded.
