Video Appears To Show Kodak Black Throw Rock At Photojournalist, Allegedly Threatens To Punch Reporter After

Rapper Kodak Black, who was released from prison on Wednesday, was seen on video throwing rocks at a photojournalist, and the rapper also reportedly threatened to punch the reporter, according to Local News 10.

Roche Roux told the news team how the alleged incident unfolded.

“I've been doing this work for a long time, and I'll tell you, this is one of the strangest things I've ever seen,” Lowe said. “Not only did he become aggressive towards my photographer Brian Murphy, he started throwing rocks at this photographer just doing his job. Kodak Black also started throwing rocks. ” he said.

The video showed Black acting erratically and challenging journalists as they tried to do their jobs. Black appeared to bend down, pick up the alleged stone, and attempt to throw it at the camera.

“Don't throw things at our cameras! Don't throw things at our cameras! Don't throw anything at our cameras!” shouted one member of the reporting crew. Black didn't seem too concerned that the man asked him to stop. Instead, he wandered around casually.

Mr Lowe explained what happened next.

“Kodak Black threatened to hit me multiple times, but we wouldn't back down. We're just going to do our job and get this man out of Broward Jail.” That’s all,” he told the news team.

Murphy claims that one of the stones that Black allegedly whipped at Murphy hit him in the ribs. local 10 news.

Murphy was not injured, but a report was filed with Fort Lauderdale police.

The altercation between the famous rapper and the news team occurred shortly after Black was released from prison for the first time since December 2023.

According to Local 10 News, U.S. District Judge Jose E. Martinez gave the rapper credit for time served after pleading guilty to failing to report to a police contact while on bail. A drug possession case filed against the rapper was dismissed in early February by Circuit Court Judge Barbara Duffy after attorney Bradford Cohen submitted 2022 oxycodone prescriptions filled at a pharmacy. . It is unclear whether Mr. Black will face additional charges as a result of the altercation.
