An avid Russell Westbrook fan wore 15 incredible Westbrook jerseys to Wednesday night's Clippers game, traveling nearly 7,000 miles to get there and honor the Clippers' star point guard. His dedication was revealed in a video posted on Twitter.
The video shows a fan removing Westbrook's bulk jersey while a friend holds up a placard behind him that reads, “I flew 6,769 miles to meet the GOAT Westbrook.” There is.
The fan also held up a sign stating that he was wearing a 15 jersey and that he had come all the way from Taiwan.

First of all, it is insane that all of them fit him at once. Usually, wearing 15 of his jerseys at once like this ends up making someone look absurd and puffy. But this guy does it so well, you'll hardly notice he's wearing a lot. (Related: NBA player confronts super-animated fan during play, security immediately arrives)
Also, where did he find the Westbrook Wizards jersey? I didn't know he sold such things.

All kidding aside, this guy continued to wear the jersey for almost every step of Westbrook's career. The Oklahoma City Thunder, Houston Rockets, Wizards, and Clippers participated.

However, one team was noticeably absent.
This fan didn't get to wear a Lakers jersey to represent the year and a half Westbrook played there. Maybe it's because he's smart enough to know that those lost years playing for L.A.'s worst team aren't even worth thinking about.

Westbrook is playing a bench role for the first time in his career at age 35 and is in the twilight of his career. But the Taiwanese fan's enthusiasm is a testament to how dominant Westbrook once was.

From 2016 to 2021, Westbrook averaged a triple-double in four of his five seasons, won the MVP award, and was named an All-Star four times. He may not be the Russ he once was, but his impact on the league and the world at large is undeniable, as this fan's passion makes clear.
