Video Seems To Show Woman Stealing Package From Neighbor. Report Claims It’s Chiefs Receiver Rashee Rice’s Mother

Ring camera video footage appears to show a woman stealing packages from a neighbor’s balcony.

The woman is believed to be Marcia Carney, the mother of Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Laci Rice. According to To TMZ.

Video of the Sept. 29 incident shows a woman walking down a hallway wearing a custom-made “Mama Rice” jersey. She walked by her neighbor’s front door and appeared to be looking into the camera as she passed. Then she turned and headed back toward the door, pausing briefly to drag her luggage across the ground with her feet. The woman seemed to think she was out of frame, but the footage appeared to show a typical porch theft.

The woman bends down and lifts the box from under her feet. Then she turned around, took it in her hand, and walked away.

According to TMZ, the owner of the package claimed to have purchased two limited edition Chapel Lawn records from Urban Outfitters, and that the records were in a box the woman took out of the front door. It has been reported.

According to TMZ, a neighbor said he reviewed the camera footage and tried to resolve the issue with Mr. Carney, Mr. Rice and other authorities at the apartment in hopes of getting the records returned. Those efforts were fruitless. The neighbor reported the suspected theft to the police and took matters into his own hands.
