Video Shows Machete-Wielding Man Slice Off Man’s Fingers

Surveillance video captured the moment a machete-wielding man sliced ​​a dog from the finger of a man walking his dog on a New York City street.

Young, 34, was hospitalized after the incident where doctors spent 13 hours trying to reabsorb three of the four fingers he lost, the outlet reported. His fourth finger was not found after the incident.

“He pulls out a machete to cut my dog’s head off. I put my hand out to grab the sword and he just cut my hand off,” Young told the outlet. “I couldn’t believe it. … I knew I was missing a finger, I knew it, but I didn’t want to look down.”

“There’s a maniac running around with a machete cutting people’s hands off. I hope the city finds this guy and gives him the help he needs,” said his mother Kimtrese Young. told the Post.

Young revealed to the Post that no one tried to help him.

“They were just watching, recording it on their phones and posting it on their website. People weren’t helping me. I had to tell them to call 911. .My son, the owner of the store, was recording me. It’s crazy,” he said.
