Eagles join in!
On Saturday, No. 3 seed Morehead State upset No. 1 Little Rock in the championship game of the Ohio Valley Tournament. 69-55, not only to win the conference title, but also to earn a ticket to the NCAA Men's Basketball Tournament. On top of that, they have bragging rights as the first official team in March Madness with an automatic bid.
The Eagles, who also recently appeared in the 2021 tournament, have won at least 20 games in four consecutive seasons under the leadership of head coach Preston Spradlin. Morehead State University was led by riley minix (26 points) and Drew Thelwell (21 points).
Three other NCAA Tournament automatic bids will be made Sunday, with the Big South, Missouri Valley and Atlantic Sun each hosting conference championships.

We're getting closer and closer to filling in the brackets. It's one of my favorite times of the year!
College basketball has kind of faded for me this season with the Miami Hurricanes having a totally disappointing season, but sports betting has kept my interest going and I'm glad we've made it this far. I am thinking.
Obviously, my eyes are focused on next week's ACC Tournament, and I'm also going to root for Miami (although I have no real belief in it), Duke (who I've been a big fan of since I was a kid), and Virginia (my We also support your hometown. That's where my real core interests are and that's going to take me to March Madness.
