Showers blanketed the valley overnight, and the latest winter storm brought snow to northern Arizona and Tucson.

A suspect who crashed into a car carrying the son of Gilbert’s Pinal County Sheriff Mark Lamb and two other family members faces manslaughter charges, officials said Friday.
