What parts of L.A. saw big jump in homelessness in 2023?

Homeless counts in Los Angeles County are being tallied, and officials say the numbers are discouraging.

Annual point-in-time numbers released Thursday by the Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority found a 9% increase in Los Angeles County and a 10% increase in the City of Los Angeles.
