What U.S. states do not observe daylight saving time, adjust clocks?

Phoenix – As all other US states plan to start daylight saving time in March 2023, Hawaii and much of Arizona will remain havens where residents don’t have to change their clocks. For all appliances, vehicles and electronics you own.
