Wisconsin Teen Allegedly Beats, Strangles Victim Over Basketball Game With Money On The Table

A violent attack at a basketball game in Milwaukee on June 2 left the victim potentially disabled, FOX 6 reported Thursday.

A witness told police that a person known as “Johnson Oizumi” demanded the alleged victim play a basketball game. The game cost money according to Criminal complaint obtained by FOX 6.

The victim was beaten by “Johnson,” who was starting to lose, after agreeing to participate in the game, the paper reported. Police conducted an investigation and identified “Johnson” as 17-year-old Kiivory Moore Frazier, Fox 6 reported.

According to FOX 6, a second witness claimed the reported victim was further strangled with bubbles coming out of his mouth before being stamped on his head.

Nurses later said the alleged victim in hospital “probably isn’t the same” and could remain “physically or mentally disabled,” the newspaper reported.

The suspect allegedly tried to get into the victim’s car but failed, causing the victim to lose consciousness and damage the vehicle. He allegedly fled the scene afterward, according to FOX 6.

Fox 6 reported that the boy appeared in court on June 15 for attempted murder and had $7,500 bail set.
