America was treated to a sweet on-air moment in the Atlanta Braves game on Monday night when sports broadcasters asked female fans for their phone numbers.
Wiley Ballard, a reporter for Fanduel’s Braves Network, was interviewing two female fans on the Braves’ coronavirus rooftop when a colleague squeezed him to get a woman’s phone number before the game ended.
“Come on,” Ballard said incredibly before calling one of the women, “It’s fine, they want me to get your number.”
The woman teases the ballad a little before giving him her number.
“I was supposed to think about it this year,” Ballard joked. “I’m speechless. I’ve got the numbers. We’re fine.”

awwww, is that so?
Apparently it’s wrong. Innocent person cute Online has woken up and becomes a battlefield of online culture wars, except for ballads accusing them of being a sexual predator. (Related: Luke: If a reporter ignores reality, of course, we cannot trust them to report on it.)
“This is gross.” I wrote it Washington Post reporter Seung Min Kim.
CBS Sports MLB Editor Kate Feldman I cried“This is one of the most insanely inappropriate things I’ve ever seen, so I can’t believe it’s legally true.”
Similar responses have been poured across social media. NFL Reporter Ralph Vaquichano defendant Ballad engaged in “harassment.”
DC-based influencer “DC’s TonyP” dubbing It’s “creepy and rude.”
I often wonder why younger people are dating at the same speed as previous generations and not getting married. The fun police made it a criminal offence. 45% of men between the ages of 18 and 25 never approached the woman directly because of the date. Dataset From a behavioral neuroscientist. When approaching women in the “wrong” way, when online eccentrics can brand “creep”?
Critics of some sad bags claimed that Ballard put the woman in an uncomfortable position as the cheating ship aired. Liberals are obsessed with the “power dynamics” of dating. If a member of the relationship is perceived as having less “power” than the other members, the coupling is no go.

Of course, it’s not a good habit for a boss to ask his subordinates or a professor to ask the student, but you can’t see what the problem is here. How will Ballard retaliate against this woman by saying “no”? Do you thrust her into your head with his microphone?
We were once a proper country where it was completely normal to meet people at work. During the late 1970s and 1990s, one in five couples reported meeting at work. It seems quite common sense – spending a lot of time around members of the opposite sex can make you a fool and fall in love. Currently, only 10% of couples meet at work, as if they were to make a mistake with the dinner invitation and the greatness of a colleague’s office can march directly into HR. The scattering of female sports journalists responded to ballads moving by claiming that there is a “double standard” for women who cover sports.
“What if a female reporter did something like this. Claim.
Nationals Reporter Savanna McCan I said“Women reporters don’t risk such a career. We fight to enter the room, and we get asked the moment we do. The double standard is loud.”
I can only speak for myself, but I have no problem with women shooting shots with friendly fans. However, I would like to point out another double standard in the sports broadcasting industry. Men need to wear suits and modest chino and polo combos, but they routinely watch female sports journalists dressed for evening bottle service at clubs. Maybe that’s why people don’t take them seriously?
Anyway, Ballard treats this whole story with an attitude worthy of it. In response to all the hot take, he posted a scene from the film “Good Will Hunting.” Here, the hero tells his romantic rival, “I got her number. How about apple?”
The awakened losers can cry everything they want, but America declared it again cool to boast about getting a cute girl number in November.
