According to the criminal complaint, Soren Aldako is suing a health care provider for a botched mastectomy that “literally peeled the nipple from her breast.”

Aldako said he struggled with anxiety and depression when he first started talking to doctors in Fort Worth and Austin, Texas about the transition. Aldako’s hormone injections reportedly damaged her vagina, and a mastectomy made her unable to breastfeed. Albeco also fears that she will become infertile.
“This lawsuit details a chronology of misconduct committed by a group of health care providers pursuing experimental ‘gender-affirming’ medical therapies. They administered a series of devastating procedures and treatments to plaintiff Soren Aldako, who at the time was a vulnerable teenager battling numerous mental health problems,” the complaint alleges.

One doctor reportedly “pushed her on the topic” of identifying as transgender and “felt as if the only way to stop the discussion was to agree with the doctor and tell her that she identified as transgender.”
“It was only years later that Soren gained sufficient maturity and awareness to reflect on these incidents with Dr. Nekalap and realize that not only was Dr. Nekalap’s coercion unjustified and inappropriate, but his coercion combined to create constant psychological pressure on her to follow a path of physiological and psychological harm.”
Shortly after Aldako’s 19th birthday, a therapist recommended a double mastectomy, which she said caused “tremendous pain”. According to her complaint, her doctor “seemed unwilling to see her and did not even advise her to seek emergency care.”
She is seeking $1 million in damages.
Prisha Mosley sued her doctor on Tuesday for performing transgender medical interventions, including sex hormones and a mastectomy. Mosley alleged that her doctors hid her transition from her mother and that her counselor told her that “many of her psychological and mental health problems” would be resolved if she realized she was a boy.
