It may not be baseball weather in Yavapai County, but the Roughriders are still preparing for this weekend's conference opener against the Pima Community College Aztecs in Tucson, Arizona.

Pima enters this weekend's baseball game with a 10-2 record and is receiving votes in the NJCAA rankings. In their last matchup, Aztec University dominated California Miramar University.

After a 2-2 weekend against Phoenix, a 2-2 weekend in the Gingerbat Classic, and a sweep of Ottawa (JV) in Surprise, Ariz., the Yavapai head to Tucson with a 6-4 record. Starting the 2024 season.
